Delete your LAIfe account

You can do this here, in a browser, whether or not the app is still on your phone. It is permanent: once it is done I cannot bring any of it back, not even if you ask me the next day.

What is deleted

• Your login, so that email can no longer sign in
• Every message between you and LAI
• Your 360 journal, ratings and notes
• Your plans, habits, streaks and reminders
• Your money notes
• Your message counts and any subscription record

All of it goes immediately, in one action, rather than being queued for later. Backups roll off within 30 days and are never read.

What is kept, and why

If you sent a testimonial, it stays. You chose to make it public and it may already be printed on the website under your name, so deleting an account does not quietly pull a published quote off a live page. If you would like yours taken down too, write to hello@cultiv8hub.com and a person will remove it.

If you subscribed through Google Play, the payment records stay with Google and tax law requires the invoice to be kept. Cancel the subscription in the Play Store so you are not billed again.

First, prove it is your account

Sign in with the same email and password you use for LAIfe. Nobody should be able to delete your account but you.

Forgotten the password? Open the app and use Forgot password there first, then come back. Open LAIfe
