Thirty six questions, four minutes, and then it tells you what it sees. Nine qualities, measured.
Most coaching apps know how your week went. LAI knows how you tend to show up, and notices when today is not like you.
LAI does not hand you answers. It asks the questions that help you find your own, then stays beside you while you act on them.
The phone beside this is running the genuine LAIfe app, live, with a sample fortnight of "Maya's" life in it. Read her conversation, tap the meadow, open the trackers, even talk to LAI yourself. Nothing you do here is saved.
Start your own, freshFive parts, one system: Spirit, Intellect, Mind, Body and Finance. Everything you log flows to LAI, so every conversation starts from your real life, not a blank page.
A real conversation, like messaging a friend who happens to be a trained coach. LAI remembers what matters and follows up on what you promised yourself.
Rate your five healths each day, answer one question picked for the part that needs you, or just write. Every page is kept, edits and all, and your trends sharpen every week.
A savings goal builder, money leak audit, mood check-ins, guided breathing, learning log, gratitude and stillness. One tracker per part of your life, and every log becomes a trend on your Journey.
Set one big 60-day goal with monthly milestones and real rewards, then keep small daily promises. Honest streaks, confetti for every kept word, and a miss is never shamed.
51 courses and 243 lessons, grouped by the ten areas of your life, read one idea per screen the way you already read everything else. LAI points you into the right one mid-conversation, with a reason. 10 of them, one in every area, are open to everybody.
A two-minute questionnaire maps ten areas of your life, computes your scores, and plants them in your meadow. LAI coaches you from where you truly are, from message one.
A morning nudge grounded in your real numbers, an evening reflection at your time, and if you go quiet for a few days, LAI checks in on you. Say "remind me Wednesday" mid-conversation and LAI saves it: it sits on your Today page and pops up right on time. On the web, reminders appear inside LAIfe; when the Android app arrives, they will ring your phone too. No guilt, ever. Just someone who notices.
The questionnaire, the coaching, the plan it builds with you, and what it costs.
LAI asks a few warm questions, then a two-minute questionnaire maps every area of your life. You get an honest report, and LAI remembers you forever.
Bring anything to the chat. Check in on Today, set one 60-day goal, keep small habits, log what matters. Everything feeds one picture of you.
Your meadow blooms, your Journey fills with trends, confetti falls when you keep your word, and LAI keeps showing up: mornings, evenings, and the days you nearly drift.
LAIfe runs in your browser, on any device, today. Nothing to download and nothing to wait for. Sign in with your email once and your coach, your history and your meadow are identical on every screen, always in sync.
A real conversation, and everything that grows out of it.
Fair question, and worth a straight answer. A general assistant will happily talk about your life. It was simply never built to be the one who knows it.
A real trial, not a timer: your first 7 live messages with your coach are free, and a short testimonial earns you 7 more. Every tool, journal and habit comes included, along with one course in every area of your life, and no card to try them. If LAI becomes your person, one subscription carries 400 messages a month, which is around 800 messages of conversation, and when LAI checks in on you first that one is on us. Subscriptions are bought here on the web, and your account works in any browser on any device, so nothing you write is stuck on one screen.
No. Coaching helps you set direction, grow, and act; therapy helps you heal. LAI never diagnoses or treats anything, and it will always tell you, warmly and clearly, when a topic deserves a qualified professional. In a crisis, contact your local emergency services.
400 a month for $14. One message means one thing you say and LAI's reply back, so that is around 800 messages of conversation, and most people use closer to half of it. There is no daily limit, so a long Sunday is nobody's business but yours. If you ever run out early, 70 for $5 or 180 for $10 tops you back up, and bought messages never expire: unused ones sit there waiting, month after month.
When LAI messages you first, the morning and evening check-ins, that is on us and never comes out of your 400. You are only ever charged for conversations you start.
Anything a life coach covers: career crossroads, money habits, confidence, relationships, focus, purpose, building routines, or just feeling stuck. LAI listens first, asks real questions, and always lands on one small next step.
No, and that is the point. LAI validates how you feel, then kindly challenges the thinking: it probes your "I can't", questions your excuses, and holds you to the commitments you make.
Your conversations, journal and habits belong to you. They are protected per-account at the database level, never sold, and deleted if you ask. Nothing you write is ever shared with anybody, including advertisers.
When the Android app arrives it will tell Meta when it was installed and when somebody subscribes, so we can tell whether an advert worked. We will say so here plainly rather than bury it. Nothing you write to LAI is part of that, today or then.
No. One subscription, one email sign-in, every device. You buy it once on the web, and it works in any browser on any phone, tablet or computer. The Android app is coming later and will use the same account.
No. Your first 7 messages with LAI are free and ask for no card at all, and the two-minute questionnaire that maps your ten life areas is open to everyone. A short testimonial earns you 7 more.
